Whilst our cookware has been manufactured with the highest quality materials, to guarantee longevity and performance there are a few instructions we recommend our consumers to follow.
Please note: below is for general guidance. Please refer to your use and care for full details on how to care for your cookware.
- For cookware featuring non-stick we recommend that you use wooden or heat resistant plastic utensils. The use of sharp edged metal utensils can damage the non-stick.
- Sharp-edged tools such as forks and knives should not be used in any pan and knives should never be used to cut inside the pan. These utensils will scratch both non-stick and stainless steel surfaces. Impact damage to the cookware rim from utensil shafts, scratches or peeling due to sharp-edged utensils, is not covered under warranty.
